Matte Royal Blue - BYS

This is an awesome royal blue.  It's supposed to be a matte, but actually dries with more of a satin finish.


 As you can see, it's a great, rich blue.  It's a very odd finish though, because it goes on like a jelly, is called a matte but actually dries as a satin.  And it looks much, much cooler with a top coat on it to make it shiny.


Right, here it is with a TC.  How much cooler is this?


Amazing.  I love it.

    I love it too. BYS is an Australian brand so you should be able to find some. If not, I can send you some :)
